Your own quiet corner of Torbay
Woodland Glade 24 sits in a peaceful, tree-lined spot at Hoburne Devon Bay, with the beach at Goodrington Sands within walking distance.
Inside, a bright open-plan living space brings together a lounge with an electric fire, a dining table and a fully fitted kitchen with a central island. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, with a separate shower room next door.
Outside, glass-panelled decking wraps around the lodge with an outdoor dining set, and a gentle ramp gives step-free access from the path. You book directly with the owner, so there are no agency fees.

Hoburne Devon Bay
A family park on the hill above Goodrington Sands
Woodland Glade 24 is on Hoburne Devon Bay, a well-loved holiday park looking out over the red sands of Goodrington on the English Riviera. It is open all year, and the beach is about half a mile away.
Stay at the lodge and you have pools, a kids' club, a restaurant with sea views and evening entertainment just a short stroll away. When you have had your fill of the park, the beaches, steam railway and harbour towns of Torbay are all on the doorstep.
The Pier House
The park's newly refurbished clubhouse has a seaside look and views towards Goodrington Sands. Drop in for barista coffee and homemade cake, share fish and chips or pizza, or settle in for a Sunday roast cooked by the on-park chefs. Children get their own low-level tuck-shop bar.
Sammy's Squad & play
The park's kids' club and Crafternoons, plus soft play, an adventure playground, adventure golf and the arcade.
Wet 'n' Wild
Race across the inflatable pool obstacle course. On selected summer dates there are kayak sessions too.
Sauna, steam & gym
A sauna and steam room, plus a fitness suite with spin bikes, treadmills and free weights.
Entertainment & live music
Evenings come alive in the entertainment complex, with live music, shows and family entertainment, and a bar for the grown-ups. Check the park's what's-on guide when you arrive.
Free temporary membership cards for the park's pools, leisure facilities and entertainment come with every booking. Facilities are run by Hoburne and opening times vary through the year.

Booking terms
- A 10% deposit is taken when you book to secure your dates.
- The balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) before your arrival date.
- If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
- The 10% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancelling more than 6 weeks before arrival: you lose your deposit and nothing further is owed.
- Cancelling within 6 weeks of arrival: payments are not refundable. If you need to cancel for a genuine reason, we will move your booking to new dates of your choice, free of charge, within 12 months of your original arrival date. New dates are subject to availability. If they cost more, you pay the difference; if they cost less, the difference is not refunded.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover the unexpected.
How do I get the keys?
The keys are in a lockbox at the lodge. We send you the lockbox code when you book, so you can let yourself in from 3pm on your arrival day.
Can we use the pools and entertainment?
Yes. Temporary membership cards for the park's pools, leisure facilities and entertainment come free of charge with your booking.
Is the lodge suitable for wheelchair users?
There is a ramp up to the decking and front door. Please call us to talk through your needs so we can tell you exactly what to expect inside.
Is there somewhere to park?
Yes. The lodge has its own private parking for two cars, right beside the decking.
Can I book a short break?
